# Apr 27, 2026 - Advanced Filters for Automation Results

Advanced filters are now available in automation results.

You can now narrow **Ranked Institutions** and **Request vendor/competitor contracts** runs by state, CRM status, signals, and contract fields.

So you can work large runs faster, avoid duplicate pushes, and send the right records to your CRM.

### 1. Advanced filters for Ranked Institutions

Use advanced filters in **Ranked Institutions** to narrow a run by:

* Institution name
* State
* CRM link status
* CRM push status
* Signal template
* Data source

These filters help you segment territory and review CRM coverage without rerunning the automation.

Filters stack. Each result must match every filter you apply. The results count updates as you refine the table.

This makes it easier to:

* Work one state at a time inside a larger territory
* Split territory coverage across account executives
* Find unmatched or unsynced institutions before a CRM push

### 2. Advanced filters for vendor contracts

Use advanced filters in **Request vendor/competitor contracts** to narrow results by:

* Institution name
* State
* CRM link status
* CRM push status
* Contract status
* Vendor name
* Product name

These filters help you isolate the contract records you want to review or sync.

Use **Contract status** to review returned, pending, or failed records. Use **Vendor name** and **Product name** to focus on a specific competitor, supplier, or product line.

### 3. Take action on filtered results

After you filter the table, you can:

* Export the filtered rows as CSV
* Sync selected rows to Salesforce, HubSpot, or another connected CRM
* Create notes, tasks, or custom field mappings during sync

For ranked results, you can also push signal details at scale. This keeps ranked score, signal count, and supporting signal context inside your CRM workflow.

For contract results, notes can include parsed fields like annual ACV, total ACV, start date, and end date. This gives your team contract context without leaving the CRM.

### Why this release matters

Advanced filters give teams tighter control over large automation runs.

You can narrow results faster, route the right records to the right owner, and keep CRM syncs clean and intentional.
